Produced by Sony Pictures Networks Productions and Ashwin Varde and Murad Khetani’s Cine1 Studios the trailer for Anil Kapoor and Arjun Kapoor's film Mubarakan was unveiled on the on the 20th of June, 2017 and and this is the first time Anil Kapoor has collaborated with his nephew Arjun Kapoor who will seen playing a double role and the former will be portraying the role of Arjun's onscreen uncle. Mubarakan has been directed by Anees Bazmee and also stars  Ileana D'Cruz and Athiya Shetty in pivotal roles. The movie has been widely shot in London and Punjab. Mubarakan which will mark Anil Kapoor's fifth collaboration with filmmaker Anees Bazmee is scheduled to release in cinemas on the 28th of July,2017.

The trailer which has got a tremendous response from the audience has received 10 million views on YouTube. The two-and-a-half minute trailer is a completely filled with exuberance which gives us a glimpse of a Punjabi family who desperately wants to get their twins married. The fun begins when the family start looking for brides, unaware of the fact that the brothers already have girlfriends. Will their Uncle, Kartar Singh help them get out of this mess or create even more confusion?
