Master Saleem, who is sometimes referred as Saleem Shahzada, is an Indian singer from Punjab. He is known for his work as a devotional singer & playback singer in Bollywood films and has also released private albums, of Punjabi Music, Religious and Sufi music.

Born in  Shahkot, near Jalandhar, Punjab, Saleem was always keen on learning music. He is the son of the famous Sufi singer Ustad Puran Shah Koti, who has taught various folk singers and at the age of six Saleem also became his disciple and started learning singing. 

At the age of eight, he gave his first public performance at the opening ceremony of Bathinda Doordarshan with his song, Charkhe Di Ghook and appeared on TV shows like, Jhilmil Taare. He has since given various tracks since then and become one of the renowned artist.
