Diljit Dosanjh's 'El sueño' has become the talk of the town since it's release on Diwali! El sueño was the most awaited track of the year and has surpassed everyone's expectations. The much-anticipated track was released on Thursday at 10:00AM IST officially by Diljit tweeting about the release therefore ending the wait for his fans. 

El sueño translates to The Dream which is about pride and courage, was available for pre-order on Itunes and had a heavy demand back then. This shows that the star enjoys a dedicated fan following across the globe and has stood up to the expectations of the latter.

The track has been the most awaited collaboration of the season with Diljit Dosanjh and TruSkoolUK. Earlier in 2012 Dosanjh along with Tru Skool released an album named "Back 2  Basics" under the label of Speed Records. This track will be the tenth song on the album. The track is sung by Diljit Dosanjh and the female vocalist Monica Arnal Vidal.

This overwhelming track is penned by Lally Mundi and stars Diljit Dosanjh, Vanessa Calderon, Gagandeep Singh, Jagga Toor, Harmo Singh, Rajvatan Singh, Chaman Sandhu, Preet Inder Singh and Darren Tassel. The track is mixed and mastered by Tee L. The entire video is framed by Kavar Singh.

It is speculated that the track is said to be the most expensive music video ever to be made in the Punjabi Music Industry with a budget of 90 Lakhs. Well, all that effort and costing is clearly evident in the video with the lavish setting and the old Brit-Asian touch while his intense look is inspired from his upcoming war movie “World War 1”.

The track released on the official YouTube channel of Famous Studios, has already garnered 1.9 million views within 24 hours of its release. This shows that Diljit has successfully launched a new era in his music career and that his track has been welcomed wholeheartedly by the fans.
