FIR Lodged Against Punjabi Actress Mandy Takhar!

Well known Punjabi actress Mandy Takhar seems to be heading towards a legal trouble after an FIR got registered against her by Mumbai police at Versova police station.

Mandy had hired an exclusive talent agent on 15th April 2017 for the duration of 12 months, who would be incharge of her professional commitments for Punjabi Worldwide territory, be it films, events, endorsements or other services. As a matter of fact, her agent had sent her a legal notice on 3rd October which clearly mentioned that she was liable to pay him a 20% commission for all Punjabi/Cross Over (English/Punjabi) films and for events, including guest appearances, endorsements, music videos and other such services, the actress was liable to pay him a 15% commission. 

But failure to pay the due charges for his services led him to take a legal action against the actress. A similar stance had reportedly happened with her earlier managers as well who couldn't take any legal step because of certain reasons but the present complainant happens to be a professional with nearly 15 years of service in the Indian Film Industry and has been managing quite many well known celebs fro b-town as well as Pollywood. 

The complainant has lodged an FIR on the basis of non payment of his service charges and Versova police is currently looking into the matter. 

The films 'Khido Kundi' and 'Sardar Mohammad' have also been looped into the FIR for which she has to pay her talent manager as per the agreement but has failed
