Tarsem
Jassar is a famous personality in the Punjabi Industry. He is not a singer or
lyricist but a talented personality of our industry. His work for the industry
is always valued and respected. Tarsem Jassar started his journey in the
industry as a lyricist. Tarsem Jassar had written songs which were combined
into an album titled ‘Vehli Janta’. The album got immense love from the
audiences and eventually, the people started calling Tarsem Jassar and his
team ‘Vehli Janta’. After making an irreplaceable place for himself in the
industry, he started his own production house named Vehli Janta Music &
Films. It was under this channel that songs like Patiala ‘Shahi Pagg’, and
‘Chori Chori’ were released under this label. Tarsem Jassar got the recognition when
he started featuring in the video of the songs. The first song that he debuted
in was Kulbir Jhinjer’s ‘Patiala Shahi Pagg’. The debut song that Tarsem Jassar
sang was titled ‘Creez’. The song was written by Tarsem Jassar himself.
The song’s Video was directed by Navjit Buttar and the music to the song was given
by R Guru. After the song received massive love and support from the audience,
he sang many hit songs like Jattan De Munde, Guts, and many others.
After this, Tarsem started doing films, and even in that area, he got much
applause. The debut film that he started his acting career was Rabb da Radio,
and the audience totally loved the film. After this, he also starred in other
Punjabi films, Sardar Mohammad, Afsar, Uda Aida and the latest being Rabb da
Radio-2.
